A recommendation is only as sharp as the detail behind it. Where you can, tell us the exact product or page you are looking at, your mattress size and depth (or the size of the room you want to heat), whether you sleep hot or cold, and a rough budget. With those four scraps of information we can usually narrow things down to two or three models that genuinely suit you.

What we can and can't do

We are glad to compare models side by side, translate baffling specs into plain English, and help you settle on the right size or heat range. What we cannot do is take a payment, ship a parcel, track a delivery or honour a warranty — we never see your purchase, because it happens on the retailer's own website.
